Welcome Lauren Gleason to the Cafe del Rey FamilyApril 5, 2018
We’re pleased to welcome Lauren Gleason to the Cafe del Rey family as our new Event Sales Manager. Lauren is an extremely well-rounded individual with both business and operational experience, and a true spirit-to-serve mentality. Prior to joining our team, she ran her own e-commerce business from Los Angeles, designing product offerings to target specific markets through sourcing, marketing, and logistics. Lauren is well-versed in the restaurant industry, especially in the arena of sales, having spent two years as the Regional Group Sales Coordinator for Landry’s Restaurants in Orlando, where she generated impressive sales revenues while managing events at Rainforest Café, T-REX Café, and the Yak & Yeti. She also served as a Purchasing Agent for Culinary Classics Incorporated, where she vetted and managed inventory for specialty items from farmers and distributors, and as a Sales and Service Manager for Unicorp. Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge to our company, and we look forward to seeing her succeed in her new role.
